The city of SouillacThe most important festival in Souillac is the jazz festival Sim Copans, held every third week of July, which has been offering a stage to an enermous range of jazz since 1976. Traditionally one concert also takes place in the Lacave Caves, always an instant hit because of the unique location. Getting your tickets early is the message, as spaces are limited.
